Foxwoods Resort Casino opened the doors to its new High Stakes Bingo Hall Wednesday, unveiling a 2,200-seat facility with an expanded offering of prizes and features.

Foxwoods’ unveiling of the new High Stakes Bingo Hall is another part of the casino’s 30th anniversary celebration, which includes a slew of expansions and upgrades to the complex. Per the casino, the new bingo hall will offer higher stakes bingo games and expanded prize pools.

The new hall has more than 30,000 feet of event space and more than 2,200 seats. The casino’s current bingo hall is being transformed into the Rainmaker Expo Center, a 75,000-square-foot meeting space for events such as trade shows, corporate meetings and functions, and sporting events.

The new bingo hall comes at the heels of many other expansions at the casino. A new VIP Canopy Players’ Lounge is set to open this month, offering dining options including Sushi by Bou and a completely redesigned Golden Dragon restaurant expected to open this winter.

Foxwoods Resort Casino is opening the Great Wolf Lodge at Mashantucket to the property in 2024.
