Hartford-based engineering firm Fuss & O'Neill has acquired a Franklin, Mass.-based company that specializes in water engineering.
Fuss & O’Neill said its acquisition of Onsite Engineering increases its staff to more than 400 employees at its 11 offices throughout New England and New York.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Onsite specializes in water engineering projects related to drinking water, wastewater and stormwater, providing services including feasibility assessments, wastewater treatment facility upgrades and retrofits, storage tank design and leak detection surveys.
Fuss & O’Neill marked its 100-year anniversary in May by announcing the relocation of its headquarters from Manchester to Hartford.
