Glastonbury-based The Center for Children with Special Needs (CCSN) announced that it will open an office in Farmington offering several outpatient services, including occupational therapy, speech and social skills groups.

The 28-year-old behavioral health practice said it is scheduled to open this spring at The Exchange at 270 Farmington Ave. The site will house group treatment centers and expanded clinical space for occupational and speech therapy.

CCSN founder and Executive Director Dr. Michael Powers said part of the group’s focus is to bring its services to more people in Connecticut.

CCSN provides support for individuals and their families, including diagnostic services, occupational therapy and direct treatment services including psychotherapy.
