Glastonbury retail strip building sells for $3.6M

An eight-unit, 14,895-square-foot retail building in Glastonbury recently sold for $3.6 million.

In a deed record Oct. 31, Station 35 Common Associates LLC – headed by Gary Constantine of Glastonbury – sold the 1978-vintage building on 1.87 acres at 30 Welles St., to Stown Limited LLC.

The buying LLC was formed Oct. 2. Its principals include Allan Schwartz, of Delray Beach, Florida; Evan Schwartz, of Glastonbury; and Jena Reasinger, of West Hartford.
