One of Connecticut’s top seaside tourist destinations has a new dining option for landlubbers to explore.
Greenman’s Landing opened earlier this month at the Mystic Seaport Museum, located at 75 Greenmanville Ave., Mystic.
While exploring the grounds of Mystic Seaport Museum, Greenman’s Landing (formerly The Galley) offers diners quick and casual fare, including made-to-order and grab-and-go options.
Patrons can dine inside the redesigned interior, which has a blue and white maritime theme. The eatery also offers al fresco dining on the restaurant’s patio, or guests can take their food to dine on the Village Green lawn, which offers waterfront views.
Menu options run the gamut from New England classics like clam chowder, beer battered cod wrap and crab cakes to classic burgers, hot dogs, chicken club sandwiches and a kids’ menu.
To satisfy any sweet tooth, the dessert menu features key lime pie, a giant cookie-wich and a sarsaparilla float. There’s also a section inside the restaurant that sells locally-made food products.
Greenman’s Landing is the latest addition to Mystic Seaport’s collection of restaurants and snack spots that include Latitude 41 Restaurant & Tavern, Schaefer’s Spouter Tavern, The Propeller Coffee Bar and Anchor Mystic Cafe & Sweets.
Greenman’s Landing is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
