Guilford mixed-use property sells for $1.3M

A Guilford mixed-use residential and commercial building on Route 1 has been sold for more than $1 million.
The property at 2489 Boston Post Road sold for $1.3 million on Nov. 3 to Branford-based 2489 Boston Post LLC and principal Robert Davis. The sellers were Anthony S. and Bonnie Acquarulo of Guilford, who owned the property since 1992, according to town property records.
The complex, Butternut Hill, was built in 1989, and features residential units and commercial space, which was occupied by Urbane hair salon and a therapeutic sports center.
The building has a total appraised value of $1 million.
