Gutierrez, Hines added to Hartford Foundation board

The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving announced that two public figures have joined its board of directors: Beatriz Gutierrez and Sivan Hines.
Gutierrez is president and CEO of CONNSTEP. Hines is the senior director of college partnerships and scholar success at Hartford Promise.
Before joining Hartford-based business consulting firm CONNSTEP, Gutierrez was executive director of business development for the state Department of Economic and Community Development.
Hines, who recently moved to West Hartford, is the first senior director of college partnerships and scholar success at Hartford Promise, a college scholarship program for students in the city.
