Hamden industrial property trades hands for nearly $2M

A Hamden industrial building has been sold for nearly $2 million.

The property, at 925 Sherman Ave., was sold by 925 Sherman LLC and principals Norman and Maria Gray, to MM Paterson LLC, of Jackson, N.J., for $1.9 million in a deal recorded May 7.

The facility, built in 1972, sits on 4 acres and features 32,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space, including loading docks and 12,000 square feet of office space.

The building has space for multiple tenants, including existing ones like IIumiyo LLC, BMP Custom Prints LLC, Corvin Inc., and MGM Instruments.

The property previously sold for $950,000 in June 2019, and had an appraised value of $1 million as of 2023, according to town records.
