Eight Hartford apartment properties with a combined total of 176 units recently sold for $12.9 million.
Eternal Enterprises Inc., of Montvale, New Jersey, sold a package of apartment buildings ranging from 66 years to nearly a century old to TOV Towers LLC, of Spring Valley, New York.
The seller’s principal is Zvi Horowitz, on Montvale. The buyer’s principal is Tovia Mermelstein, of Montebello.
The properties in the deal include: 154 and 158 Collins St.; 56 Webster St.; 21 Evergreen Ave.; 243, 252 and 255 Laurel St.; and 115- 141 South Marshall St., according to land records.
Steve Pappas of Chozick Realty represented the seller. Jordan Pinto of Chozick Realty represented the buyer.
Pappas said about half of the units had been recently updated and the portfolio was overall “well-kept.”
