Hartford-based Propark Mobility acquires valet parking company, expanding Midwest operations

Hartford-based Propark Mobility, a national provider of parking and mobility management services, has acquired VIP Valet, a valet parking company based in Cleveland, Ohio, the company announced Wednesday.

The acquisition is part of Propark’s ongoing expansion in key markets, including Boston, Washington, D.C., Houston and Los Angeles. 

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009 by Max Niyazov, VIP Valet provides valet services for hotels, restaurants, private events and healthcare facilities in northeast Ohio. The company says it focuses on reliability, professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Propark operates more than 1,000 locations in over 140 cities nationwide, specializing in parking management, transportation, campus mobility and electrification services.
