An office building on the outskirts of downtown Hartford and near Hartford Hospital has been listed for sale.
The 20,000-square-foot office building at 19-25 Main St., has been listed with a $2.2 million asking price. Also part of the listing is a parking lot at 33 Main St.
According to the listing, the brick-sided, four-story office building has been for sale for a few weeks and can be used “for a variety of uses, including retail, office, or mixed-use development.”
The property is owned by Mind Equities LLC, which is controlled by Gershon Eichorn, who has a Brooklyn, New York business address. He bought the property in 2021 for $1.05 million, city records show.
Eichorn has been an active buyer of commercial real estate in Connecticut in recent years.
The Main Street property was built in 1900 and is currently 100% leased, according to the listing. It has an assessed value of $740,250, city records show.
