Hartford law firm Day Pitney LLP says it has completed its merger with a Florida-based firm.
Day Pitney on Tuesday said it finalized its previously announced combination with Richman Greer P.A., which has 15 attorneys in offices in Miami and West Palm Beach. Financial terms were not released.
Richman Greer will retain its Florida offices under Day Pitney’s name.
Day Pitney, which also has Florida offices in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, now has more than 300 attorneys and 13 offices between Boston and Florida.
The deal marks Day Pitney’s second expansion in Florida over the last three years.

The firm is based in Hartford at 242 Trumbull St.
