Haven Hot Chicken to open Newington location Saturday

New Haven-based Haven Hot Chicken announced that it will open a new location in Newington on Saturday.

The fast-growing chain’s seventh location is at 12 Fenn Road, and is one of at least three new restaurants expected to open this year.

The others will be at 907 Post Road in Fairfield and at the Quarry Walk shopping center in Oxford.

Haven Hot Chicken, founded in 2020, is known for its Nashville-style chicken and its vegetarian “Not Chicken,” along with several other offerings. 

Haven Hot Chicken also has locations in Middletown, New Haven, Orange, Norwalk, North Haven and Storrs.
