Heard moves to Farmington Bank

Melissa Heard

Melissa Heard has joined Farmington Bank as vice president, government banking. In her new role, Heard will be responsible for business development, relationship management and customer service for all municipalities and local government agencies in Connecticut.

Heard comes to Farmington Bank with over 13-years of municipal banking experience, most recently as vice president of the government banking group at TD Bank.

Farmington Bank has 20 branch locations throughout central Connecticut and assets of $1.8 billion. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Connecticut Bancorp Inc.
