‘Heirloom Flats’ apartment complex in Bloomfield fetches $63.65M

A limited liability company tied to New York-based Beachworld Residential recently paid $63.65 million for an upscale, 215-unit Bloomfield apartment complex that was completed six years ago.

The “Heirloom Flats” property at 700 Bloomfield Ave., last sold in 2019 to RV VI Heirloom LLC for $61.5 million. That New York-based company lists Fergus Healy and AnnMarie Imparato as its principals, according to state business records.

RV VI Heirloom sold the apartment building on 5 acres to BW Heirloom LLC, a Delaware listed company tied to Beachworld Residential.

On its website, Beachworld describes itself as a “family-owned real estate company focused on development acquisition and management of multifamily assets. The company says it controls more than 16,000 multifamily units in Connecticut, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Texas and Tennessee. It also lists Heirloom Flats among its assets.

The property was marketed by Travis D'Amato, Maggie McFarland, Brendan Shields, Kevin Gleason and Michael Coyne of Walker & Dunlop.
