Insurance wholesaler with Glastonbury office acquired by U.S. Risk

Property and casualty insurance broker U.S. Risk, LLC has acquired U.S. E&O Brokers (“U.S. E&O”), a Houston-based wholesale insurance broker with an office in Glastonbury.

“We believe their entrepreneurial culture aligns very well with ours, and we look forward to strengthening our offerings to current clients while expanding our client base,” Angela T. Schroder, president of U.S. E&O, said.

As part of the acquisition, the U.S. E&O staff will join U.S. Risk Underwriters, a specialty program within the company, a statement from U.S. Risk said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
