What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My biggest professional accomplishment has been the growth of my team. I am invested in providing mentoring and guidance to other leaders to help them learn and become future leaders. In the last two years, I am proud to say there have been four promotions within my team to key organizational roles.
How are you involved in the community?
I am involved with the New England chapter of Women in Cable Television (WICT) and Comcast’s regional Women’s Network. I have been a constant Comcast Cares Day participant, our company’s national day of volunteerism. I am currently on our local Diversity & Inclusion Council, and in 2019, I represented our region on Comcast’s Corporate D&I Council.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to do any activities that will get me out on the water. In the summer I spend my weekends boating, fishing and going to the beach with my husband and 4-year-old son.
What part of work life did you miss most during the pandemic?
The thing I miss most are the conversations with peers in the hallway and around our office building. My team, and all of Comcast, has been extremely productive while we are working remotely, however we miss the non-planned conversations that can spark creative thinking.
Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty:
Manages a robust revenue budget with year-over-year growth.
Spearheads business planning for strategic incremental growth opportunities, inclusive of acquisitions and network expansions.
Provides strategic guidance to senior leadership to drive customer experience and operational efficiencies.
Models and implements strategies to drive new revenue for the business.
I’m an avid traveler, having backpacked through Asia and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
