Anne L. Elvgren is president of Elvgren Associates, a marketing, public relations and business development consulting firm serving professional organizations, nonprofits and small businesses. Her services focus on activities that build brand awareness, drive revenue and develop long-term client relationships. Her background includes over 25 years of marketing and management experience and she previously served as chief marketing officer at Robinson & Cole and BlumShapiro.

Elvgren's active involvement in the business community includes membership in the MetroHartford Alliance and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.  An active community volunteer, she is a trustee of The Mark Twain House & Museum, an overseer and marketing committee member of the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, trustee of the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame, corporator of the iQuilt Partnership, member of the state of Connecticut's Culture and Tourism advisory committee, and member of the Connecticut Women's Council.

Ted Carroll is president of Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH), a nonprofit that trains and connects aspiring and established leaders. Prior to joining LGH in 1986, Carroll served for five years as the executive director of Southend Community Services, now known as OPP.

His community leadership training expertise is well recognized, having served as the chairman of the Annual Conference for the Community Leadership Association in 1999 and again in 2002, president of this international organization from 2004-2005, and host for its annual conference held in Hartford in 2006. He has been a trainer and mentor for community leadership programs throughout the United States and beyond, including Ottawa, Canada and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

In addition to his community leadership activities, Carroll consults and conducts training in areas of diversity, organizational development, strategic planning and team building for groups throughout the northeast. He lives in Hartford with his wife Jane, an artist and former school teacher in Hartford and West Hartford. He has two children.

Amanda Mueller is senior vice president at Cashman + Katz Integrated Communications, one of the region's leading communications firms.  Mueller currently oversees all of the agency's accounts, including national brands such as BIC, Kiehl's, Sperry and Iron Mountain, as well as Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), ConnectiCare, CT Department of Transportation and more.   

As an integral part of the Cashman + Katz team for the past 13 years, Mueller also oversees the firm's public relations department, where she concentrates on obtaining press coverage and generating exposure for her clients through a variety of channels including traditional media, social platforms and influencers.  Mueller was a 2016 Hartford Business Journal Women in Business honoree.

Mueller graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications and a minor in sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.    She lives in Norwich with her husband and two daughters, Grace and Sadie.
