Lake Compounce is hiring ahead of its season opening in early May.
The park is seeking more than 1,000 seasonal employees across a range of positions including food and beverage, lifeguards, ride attendants and guest services. Pay rates top out at $18 an hour.
There are also full-time positions on offer across the entertainment, maintenance, safety and retail departments.
“We’re committed to creating a workplace that is not only fun and engaging but also provides valuable experience, hands-on training, and competitive wages,” said Libby Dolman, Lake Compounce’s People and Organization Director.
Lake Compounce will open the park gates for the 2025 season on Saturday, May 3 at 11 a.m. It’s the Bristol amusement park’s 180th season.
The park says in preparation for the season it’s finished out re-tracking work on two of its roller coasters, Wildcat and Boulder Dash.
