A Massachusetts land surveying firm is moving its Connecticut office from Preston to Mystic, the company announced this week.
DGT Associates, a Boston-based surveying and construction support services firm, said that its Connecticut regional office is relocating to 12 Roosevelt Ave., in the Mystic Packer Building. The firm said its new office will help it “advance operations and further growth opportunities in Connecticut and Rhode Island.”
DGT has had a regional office in Connecticut for three years.
The Mystic Packer Building was built in 1902 by Daniel F. Packer as a home to his soap company. The property has only had three owners since it was built, and was restored in 1984, according to DGT Associates.
The new office will join the company’s three locations in Massachusetts.
