Law firm RisCassi & Davis has sold its Hartford office to another law firm.
The personal injury law firm, through a limited liability company controlled by Managing Partner John J. Houlihan Jr., has sold its 8,900-square-foot Hartford office at 131 Oak St. for $450,000, city land records show.
The buyer was De Castro Foden LLC, whose principals are Maria Luisa De Castro Foden and Mary D. Foden. They are attorneys at Hartford immigration law firm De Castro Foden, which currently lists its office at 107 Oak St. in Hartford.
RisCassi & Davis put its Hartford office up for sale last year after buying an office building in West Hartford, at 91 South Main St., where it planned to consolidate some of its staff.
The two-story office building at 131 Oak St. was built in 1982 and sits on 0.3 acres. Its current appraised value is $468,930, according to the city.
