Leaf Express leases Orange warehouse

Leaf Express LLC has inked a three-year lease for a warehouse space at 464 Boston Post Rd., Orange.

Realtor Tom Doyle of Colonial Properties in Orange represented Leveraged Equities LLC in leasing the 8,925-square-foot warehouse.

The tenant, Leaf Express, is a tobacco merchant and wholesaler. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.

The new tenant’s principals are listed as Khawaja Sheraz, Yvens Philibert and Ali Raza, according to the Secretary of the State’s office.
