Manchester multi-unit complex sold

A multi-unit apartment complex in Manchester has been sold.

Apex One91, is a newly renovated, 110-unit apartment complex at 191 Spencer St., Manchester.

It was sold by Par Spencer LLC, and principal David A. Parisier of Paredim Communities, to Cue Residential, in a deal recorded, Sept. 27, for an undisclosed amount.

In August 2023, Cue Residential bought another Manchester apartment complex.

Built in 1991, Apex One91 is a gated, seven-building property with a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center and laundry facilities. The unit mix is studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with hardwood floors, air conditioning and a patio or balcony.
