A California buyer recently paid $1.93 million for a half-acre Manchester property hosting an automotive service facility.
Christine B. Cunning, Trustee of the Herzman Niece’s Trust U/D/T December 15, 1972, bought the property hosting Economy Oil Change at 315 Broad St. from Manchester-based EOC Properties Inc. through a deed filed on Sept. 18.
The property hosts a 2,184-square-foot, brick-and-mortar building erected in 1980, according to assessing records.
The listing brokers were Neil Naran, Rehan Alam and Armand Dowlati of Marcus & Millichap.
The buyer was represented by Cody Stambaugh and Elizabeth Morgan of Denver-based Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
The property was marketed as an opportunity to invest in a triple-net tenant that has been in operation in Manchester since 1980 and currently holds a 15-year lease.
