A 9,017-square-foot Manchester building hosting a Town Fair Tire under a long-term lease recently sold for $2.28 million, slightly less than the property sold for a little more than a year earlier.
Viking Manchester Partners LLC, of New York, sold the building and 1.71 associated acres at 19 Pavilions Drive to MAPA Manchester LLC, also based in New York., in a sale recorded on Aug. 9. The property sits on one edge of the retail district surrounding the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall.
Completed in 1993, the building was renovated in 2015.
Viking Manchester Partners, whose principal is Sam Gabbay, paid $2.37 million for the property in a sale recorded June 22, 2023, according to town assessing records.
The buyer’s principal is Alessandro Cocco.
Eric Suffoletto, Danny Griffin, Tom Hovey and Matt Austin of Boston-based Atlantic Capital Partners acted as listing brokers for the property.
