Marcum LLP names partner-in-charge of assurance services

National accounting and advisory services firm Marcum LLP has named Jeffrey C. Solomon as Connecticut partner-in-charge of assurance services. Solomon, a CPA, based in New Haven, also will be responsible for assurance services to clients of the firm’s Hartford and Greenwich offices.

Solomon has more than 15 years of experience managing, reviewing and analyzing financial information for privately held and public U.S. and multinational clients in various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, high technology, higher education and health care, as well as pension plans and tribal entities.
