A 137-slip marina in Clinton has been sold by its owner, who also parted with a Glastonbury marina earlier this year.
Royden Cooper, co-founder and CEO of Epum Marina Partners, sold the Clinton property at 79 Waterside Lane for $2.38 million to Waterside Lane LLC, in a deal recorded Oct. 23.
Paul and Evan Cusson, of Westbrook, are the principals of Waterside Lane LLC, according to town land records.
The Cusson family owns Atlantic Outboard and Westbrook Marine Center. In 2022 they acquired Portland Boat Works in Portland, Conn., and Harbor One Marina in Old Saybrook. They could not be reached for comment.
The marina sits next to the Clinton Town Beach.
In August 2024, Cooper sold the 225-slip marina along the Connecticut River in South Glastonbury to Newington-based Exclusive Development LLC at auction for $1.43 million.
Cooper could not be reached for comment. He bought the Clinton marina for $3.75 million, and the Glastonbury marina for $2.8 million, both in 2021.
