Mass. developer Condyne buys 27-acre Windsor site for 185K-sq.-ft. logistics building

Condyne Capital Partners recently paid $1.9 million for nearly 27 acres in Windsor for a portion of its multi-building Baker Hollow Logistics Center.

William J. Hebebrand, of Tolland; Marlene A. Hebebrand, of East Granby; Edward J. Hebebrand, of Danville, Vermont; and Yvonne R. Hebebrand, of Jaffrey, New Hampshire sold a 24.1-acre undeveloped property at 205 Baker Hollow Road and a neighboring 2.8-acre parcel to 205 Baker Hollow Road Investors LLC in a sale recorded by the town on Jan. 2.

Condyne is building a 185,600-square-foot, high-bay industrial building at the site. It will be made of tilt-up concrete walls. The building will feature 32-foot ceiling heights, 36 dock doors, one drive-in door and 45 trailer parking spaces, according to a Condyne marketing brochure.
