Mass. freight shipper signs major lease in E. Hartford

A Massachusetts-based freight shipping and trucking company has signed a major new lease in East Hartford. 

Ameriport Logistics has taken over 165,000 square feet of space in East Hartford’s First Brands Building, at 88 Long Hill St., according to CoStar.

The industrial property has 540,000 square feet of total space and is owned by East Hartford Business Park LLC, which is controlled by California-based Industrial Realty Group.

Nicholas Morizio and Sean Kumnick of Colliers International represented the landlord.
