Meet HBJ's 2022 C-Suite Award honorees

As we continue to emerge from the pandemic, senior leaders are grappling with myriad issues, including managing the workforce. 

Whether it’s been navigating remote or hybrid employees, trying to get people back to the office, or refocusing efforts on diversity and inclusion, leaders face tough decisions on how to keep workers both engaged and happy.

As part of Hartford Business Journal’s 2022 C-suite Awards, we recognize top executives who have made significant contributions to their companies over the last year. We’ve identified leaders who stood out for their commitment to excellence and guiding their companies through extremely difficult conditions amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many of our winners this year are CEOs. And, interestingly, many have earned MBAs.

In this special section we also honor some longtime local executives who have made lasting impacts on the business community with Lifetime Achievement Awards. 

They are brothers Jeffrey and I. Bradley Hoffman, who have led Hoffman Auto Group for decades.

In terms of methodology, the business community was invited to nominate C-suite executives for both awards, and winners were chosen by HBJ’s editorial staff.

We’ll be honoring all of our winners at a special event Oct. 27, at 5:30 p.m. at Farmington Gardens.
