Tudor Manor, a 23-unit apartment building in a residential neighborhood of Meriden, has sold for $2.4 million.
The sale price of the property at 130 Bradley Ave., which is near Interstate 691, equates to $104,348 per unit. The 21,500-square-foot, Tudor-style building consists of 10 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and three three-bedroom units.
Jay Sheth of Meriden acquired the property from Waterbury-based Manor Estates LLC.
Built in 1923, the building underwent renovations in recent years including new electrical panels, a flat roof, fire alarm system, interior common hallways, new gutters and a security alarm system.
The property features a laundry room and a parking lot, with hardwood floors in the units and common areas. Heat and hot water are fueled by natural gas.
Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group brokered the deal. Taylor Perun, senior associate, and investment associate Alex Burr represented the seller in the transaction.
