Meriden office condominium sells for $250K

A financial services company has purchased office space at 470 Murdock Ave., Suite 3 in Meriden.

Winthrop Financial Resources LLC of Clinton purchased the property for $250,000, in a deal finalized on Aug. 17. The company is a subprime automobile lender.

The property is a fully-furnished 3,360-square-foot office condominium, part of the Murdock Business Center located off of Interstate-91 between exits 15 and 16.
