As a power band CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Guidicelli is a recognized expert in the commercial real estate industry. He has served on the CCIM board for the Connecticut Chapter as 2016 and 2017 president, with accomplishments that include nearly doubling membership and tripling net income. He currently serves as the first regional vice president overseeing the Connecticut, New York metro, upstate New York, and New England chapters.

He has earned the prestigious SIOR designation, the leading professional office and industrial real estate association, and serves as the vice president of the Connecticut and western Massachusetts SIOR chapter.

What's been your biggest professional accomplishment?

Aside from Regions' expansion into our second flagship office in Marlborough, I'm most proud of my accomplishments with the CCIM Connecticut Chapter board of directors. As the chapter's youngest president, a role that is typically one year long, I served in consecutive years, 2016-2017, where we doubled membership and tripled net income earning the chapter the coveted President's Cup Award.

How are you involved in the community?

Each month all members of the team volunteer their time to support various causes in the communities they serve. They have supported The Village, Hands on Hartford, Habitat for Humanity, various shelters, Glastonbury YMCA and Hebron Youth Baseball League.

What must the Greater Hartford region do to attract more talented young professionals?

Successful tax reform and a balanced budget will enable our region to be more affordable for talented young professionals to open businesses and spur economic growth.

Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty:.

• Youngest president for the CCIM Connecticut Chapter, served in consecutive years, 2016-2017, where we doubled membership and tripled net income earning the chapter the coveted President's Cup Award.

• Responsible for overseeing the CCIM Connecticut, New York metro, upstate New York, and New England chapters.

• Completed over $60 million worth of commercial real estate deals last year alone, earning the Regions CoStar Power Broker Award for top sales broker.

• One of the less than 3 percent of Realtors who have earned the prestigious SIOR designation.
