What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

During my tenure as a sales and marketing manager, Imperial has seen its customer base grow 30%. The Next Generation Leadership Council has developed a strategic plan that the entire association has adapted. I’ve also helped shape new practices and procedures for the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce, which will help propel a new level of success and sustainability for years to come.

How are you involved in the community?

I have learned so much in my time coming through the ranks with the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce. I have gotten so much enjoyment from coaching baseball, T-ball and soccer for my two eldest children. I also serve my community as a selectman for the town of South Windsor.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife Ashley and three of the cutest children on the planet: Joseph, Elizabeth and Jackson. As a family we love spending time together outdoors whether it’s fishing, hiking, playing sports and heading to the beach.

What part of office life do you miss the most as a result of COVID-19?

A big part of sales is being able to quickly build a rapport with the client. That rapport helps establish trust and begins to build a common ground. I miss this part the most about my job.

Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty:

I took 50 years of my family’s earned trust and brand name and introduced it to new content and an SEO strategy to help steer Imperial to the industry example it is today.

Founded and currently co-chair the Connecticut Energy Marketers Association’s Next Generation Leadership Council where we hope to inspire and empower future leaders of Connecticut’s energy industry.

Youngest-ever elected official in South Windsor.

Youngest-ever president of the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
