A 12-unit condominium building in Middletown has sold for just over $1 million.
West Hartford-based AM Square LLC, and its principals Saumya Mittal and Vivek Bansal, bought the Peppermill Village property at 182 Burgundy Hill Lane for $1.075 million.
The sellers are Green Hill Capital II, and its principals Phillip G. Richardson, and Ryan and Mark Broderick. The deal was recorded June 28.
The building, with an appraised value of $46,820, was built in 1987.
The condos are a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, with all but one currently occupied, according to the new owner.
The broker was Kevin Green of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New England.
