Milford medical office sold for $1.35M

A medical office building in Milford has been sold for more than $1.3 million.

Stratford-based Bastarache Properties LLC and principal Raymond Bastarache sold the 6,860-square-foot building at 2080 Bridgeport Ave., to 2080 Milford Medical LLC, an affiliate of Redwood Capital Advisors LLC out of Pleasantville, N.Y., for $1.35 million in a deal recorded April 4.

Benjamin Spiegel and Matthew Rinklin are principals of 2080 Milford Medical. 

The office space has room for up to six tenants. It was built in 1947 and renovated in 1991.

Rich Edwards, senior associate at Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group, was the agent for both the seller and the buyer.
