A Milford parcel with a two-family home could soon become a larger housing complex with seven units.
Applicants Ignac Bene and Andrea Ginta, as West Main Milford LLC, have an application into the Milford Planning and Zoning Commission to build seven townhouse-style units at 62 West Main St., where a two-family building now sits.
The units would all have one bedroom, a den or office on the upper level and a garage on the ground floor.
The complex would have three buildings, two with two units and one central building with three units.
The parcel sits next to a similar multifamily development at 68-70 West Main St.
A two-car garage also sits on the 0.4-acre property, where the existing building, a two-story, 2,500-square-foot home, dates back to 1890.
