Murtha Cullina elects new partner in Hartford office

Joseph B. Schwartz has been elected to partner at Murtha Cullina LLP’s Hartford office. Schwartz is a member of the municipal, land use and construction practice groups and has been an associate of Murtha Cullina since 2012.

Schwartz represents municipalities, developers, businesses, and individuals in all phases of local land use approval and complex real estate litigation. He also represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and sureties in a variety of construction-related disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation.
