Neubert, Pepe & Monteith P.C. adds 2 associates

Marisa M. Engel and Robert P. Fitzgerald have joined Connecticut law firm Neubert, Pepe & Monteith P.C. as associates.

Engel represents clients in the areas of commercial finance and banking as well as real estate law.  

Fitzgerald practices in the areas of insurance defense, construction law and design professionals liability; municipal and land use litigation; and professional malpractice and insurance coverage litigation.

Engel most recently was division manager for the New England Operations Group with Action Title Research, working on both residential and commercial title search review.

Fitzgerald was the assistant corporation counsel for the Town of East Hartford.
