New Haven Bank’s Whalley Ave. office sells for $825K

An Elm City property anchored by New Haven Bank recently sold for $825,000.

The 10,430-square-foot bank property at 299 Whalley Ave. sold in February. The buyer was BVT 1 LLC, which is controlled by Tzipora Vail of New Haven.

The seller was Whalley Redevelopers LLC, which is controlled by Juan Salas-Romer.

The building was erected in 1956, sits on 0.5 acres and has 30 parking spaces.

Marcus & Millichap Inc. was the listing broker.
