New Haven multifamily building sells for $1.8M

A multi-unit residential building in New Haven has been sold for nearly $1.8 million.

Danny Guy 3 De LLC, of New Haven, sold the building at 142-144 Rowe St., to CT 142 Rowe LLC for $1.79 million in a deal recorded Oct. 21.

Yehuda Leitner and Simcha Levkowitz, with addresses listed in Woodbridge, Conn., and Staten Island, New York, are the principals of CT 142 Rowe LLC.

The building is 2.5-stories and contains 16 units. It was built in 1920 and contains 9,500 square feet of space.

The building sits in a multifamily residential area off Ferry Street and Middletown Avenue near the Fair Haven section of New Haven.

The property has a total appraised value of $1.3 million, as of 2023, according to city records. Danny Guy 3 DE bought the property for $2.5 million in June 2022, according to city records.
