NEW IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The YMCA of Greater Hartford celebrated the opening of the YMCA Youth and Family Center with a groundbreaking ceremony. The new facility will serve the Clay/Arsenal and Upper Albany Avenue neighborhoods.
