A New Jersey buyer recently acquired two bank buildings in Waterbury for $2.7 million.
In separate sales recorded Sept. 26, Equestrian Associates LLC purchased a building hosting a Webster Bank branch at 725 Wolcott St., and a building at 326 Highland Avenue that formerly housed a Webster Bank branch. The Highland Avenue building currently houses programs run by the Wheeler Clinic, a community health nonprofit.
The seller, Austin Street Company LLC, is headquartered in Greenwich.
The 3,575-square-foot bank building at 725 Wolcott St. was built in 2005 and sits on nearly a half-acre. The 6,750-square-foot building at 326 Highland Ave. was completed in 1960 and sits on a little more than a half-acre.
The listing brokers were Joseph C. French, Nathaniel Gallaudet and Kodi Traver of Marcus & Millichap.
