Newington manufacturing property sells for $2.35M

COSTAR 111 Holmes Road, Newington.

A 19,800-square-foot Newington manufacturing building that had housed aerospace component manufacturer Integral Industries has sold for $2.35 million.

In a deed recorded Feb. 25, a limited liability company headed by commercial real estate investor Bradford Wainman purchased the 1960-vintage building on 2 acres at 111 Holmes Road.

The seller was a limited liability company headed by former Integral owner Eward M. Mascolo.

In July 2022, Enjet announced an expansion of its capacity with the purchase of Integral.

Integral, which was founded in 1969, manufactured components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft engines.

The 2022 purchase of Integral expanded Enjet’s footprint to nine locations in North America and expanded Enjet’s position on premier engine platforms, according to Enjet’s 2022 release.
