North Haven's 176-unit Briarwood Hills Apartments has drawn a $14.4 million sale price, realty brokers say.
The 43-year-old complex at 100 State St. consists of one-bed room units, featuring contemporary styling with lofts, vaulted ceilings with skylights and floor to ceiling windows.
Briarwood Hill LLC is the buyer. US Bank as Trustee was the seller.
Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center and private-unit patios.
Chozick Realty Inc. was the buyer's and seller's broker.
