Mental health provider InterCommunity Health Care has paid $2.1 million for an East Hartford office building on Main Street, town records show.
The East Hartford-based nonprofit bought the 27,160-square-foot office property at 287 Main St. late last month. It was already a tenant in the building.
The seller was SGPB LLC, which is controlled by John Dull, John Ewen and Francesco Marino, town records show.
InterCommunity, which provides primary and mental health care and addiction recovery services, also owns a nearby building at 281 Main St., town records show. The nonprofit didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment about plans for its new purchase.
287 Main St. was built in 1915 and has multiple other tenants. It sits on 1.07 acres, records show.
