North Haven mechanical company leases space for expansion

A local mechanical company has leased a portion of a North Haven industrial warehouse to expand its operations.

F+F Mechanical Enterprises signed a long-term lease for more than 27,500 square feet of space at 60 Dodge Ave., in North Haven. 

The company will occupy part of the 132,000-square-foot high-bay warehouse that is set on 2.5 acres near Interstate 91.

The lease started July 1, and represents an expansion for the company, which has an existing 42,000-square-foot headquarters and industrial facility at 2 Dwight St., in North Haven.

F+F Mechanical is a family-owned, full-service mechanical contractor that manufactures  and installs mechanical systems, including mechanical piping, sheet metal and plumbing for commercial, industrial and institutional clients.

The company dates back more than 40 years. Additional lease terms were not disclosed.

Stephen Press, of real estate brokerage firm Press Cuozzo, represented the tenant. Bradley Soules and Art Ross, of commercial real estate services firm Newmark, represented building owners ESP 60 Dodge Avenue LLC.
