Northeast Sleep Distributors leases Suffield flex space

A bedding products distributor has leased office and warehouse space in Suffield.

Granby-based Northeast Sleep Distributors LLC will occupy 4,840 square feet of flex space at 11 Kenny Roberts Memorial Drive.

The industrial warehouse, built in 2004, has a total of 15,650 square feet and multiple tenants.

It’s a 1.9-acre parcel located in the I-91 corridor between Hartford and Springfield, and is less than 2 miles from Bradley International Airport. 

Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Sentry Commercial represented the landlord, Suffield-based 11 Kenny Roberts LLC and principal Jeffrey Girard, and was the sole broker in the deal.
