Norwalk banking data company buys established digital presentation solution

FactSet, the Norwalk-based digital financial platform, has acquired TableTop Data, the maker of LogoIntern, a productivity solution that helps the banking industry format logo outputs for presentations.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

FactSet says the new deal builds on its strategy of bringing automation to time-consuming manual tasks in banking. It recently launched its own product called PItch Creator.

“So many of us have spent too much time resizing, reordering, and manipulating logos in presentations. While an annoyance for most, for our investment banking clients, this tedious and mundane task is a necessary part of their pitch creation workflow,” said Kendra Brown, Senior Director of Banking and Sell-Side Research at FactSet. “FactSet is committed to improving junior banker productivity and driving deal capacity.”

LogoIntern was founded in 2016 by former investment banking analyst Jack Archer. Its current customers include global investment banks, boutique advisors, middle market banks, and private equity and venture capital firms.

The transaction closed on March 3, 2025 and is not expected to have a material impact on FactSet’s fiscal 2025 results.
