Ober-Read leases Branford warehouse, office space

An industrial product distribution company has leased space in Branford for three years.

Ober-Read & Associates, Inc. is leasing 3,100-square-feet of office and warehouse space at 9 Business Park Dr., Branford. 

Cheryl Morris of The Geenty Group Realtors represented the tenant in the deal. 

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Space at the multi-unit site is being advertised at $13 per square foot per year.

The landlord is The Bernabucci Real Estate Co. Inc. Jeff Dow of Dow Realty Co. in New Haven was the agent for the landlord in the deal.

Originally founded in 1950 in Guilford, Ober-Read is a manufacturer’s representative and distributor for fluid pump, vacuum, and low-pressure air pump products. Its products are used in electronics cooling, medical equipment, machine tool coolant and water processing, according to its website.
